Valerian Root – Credits to the Greeks who began taking the Valerian root in ancient times as a medicine. It is more common to use it for sleeping better. Likewise, anxiety can heal from it. The mind and body feel more calm and relaxed. Forms are in capsule, tea, and liquid.

Ashwagandha – Ayurvedic medicine has been using Ashwagandha for hundreds of years. It is typical for aging, anxiety, and energy. As a natural ailment, the root can improve body health and wellness. Likewise, there is control of the natural body processes and mood. The capsule form is popular and consumption is also for the fruit itself, shoots, and seeds.

Passion Flower – It serves as a natural home remedy for anxiety. The mood turns positive, lowers nervousness, and sleep gets better. Drink it as a tablet or extract. As an alternative, mix it with a tincture or tea.
