#1 Distribution

  • Intermediary page immediately after sign up where you ask people to like your Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin pages to grow that following.
  • Post about YNAW on facebook

#2 Initial sales

  • Making a complete list of pro plan potential users, include those who seemed interested but no longer active.
  • Asking what else they need/feedback email, then asking if they would pay email.

  • Same above but for any agencies
  • Follow NISI template for agencies that are not willing to sign up right now.

#3 Feedback

  • Finding out why some people are not continuing to use.
  • Setup an automated email so I can just click and send these out each week.
  • Get initial sign up emails in place
  • Feedback process as part of new features
  • Setup process for emailing customers for phone calls, 10 per week, 2-3 phone calls.

#4 Conversion

  • Setup automated sales process for new pro users
  • Sign up, feedback email, multiple trial ending emails, following Adam’s strategy
  • Follow noted steps here, but basically update plans, choose plan from start, pricing in app, curtain advanced features, upgrade prompt, credit card capture at invite.

#5 Build profile of paying/active users so you can target them with SEO content creation

  • Finding out what current active users have in common
  • Getting on phone with most active users, what do they have in common, 2-3 per week.

#6 SEO content creation

#7 Review competitors to replicate/improve upon any useful features

  • Anything that someone could point to and say is better in their solution
