Best brand for home building stuff

The quality and longevity of a construction project depends a lot on the quality of building materials. Construction projects of any kind are a long term, process oriented and cost intensive affair. However, there is no scope of compromise in the quality of building materials if the builder and the project developer wants to deliver a valuable end product. This is the reason why project developers hire a quality inspector whose job is to test and assess the quality of different building materials and approve them only when the materials fit all the significant quality defining criteria. Although the quality inspector inspects all kinds of building material, there are six primary components which undergo rigorous testing. The six primary building materials whose quality play the most important role are as follows

1. Cement

Cement is the primary binder in construction. One cannot imagine home building without quality cement. The good thing is that Indian government authorities who look after quality standards have classified different varieties of cement as grades. The higher the grade of the cement, the better will be its strength and durability. However, with rising grade, the cost increases too. So, it is the task of the quality inspector to strike a balance between the budget of the construction project and the grade of the cement.

2. TMT bars

Any constructed structure gathers its strength from the TMT bars laid under it. Just like cement, Indian Standards authorities have classified TMT bars into various grades as well. However, in case of TMT bars, the grades denote the type of bar, rather than the quality. For instance, a particular grade of TMT bar might mean that the steel is ductile and another grade might mean that the steel is hard. Again, it is the quality inspector who would approve a particular grade of TMT bar as per the requirement of that home building project.

3. Bricks

Bricks are undoubtedly the building blocks of any construction. So, no construction can be good if the building blocks are not. The market is full of different brands selling bricks. However, the key to identify the right brick for construction is its class. Bricks are classified as in the order of first class to fourth class and the classification refers to the strength. The cost of bricks varies as per the class. However, one should not think beyond the procurement of first class bricks when it comes to home building.

Lately, a few brands have emerged in the market who sell the best quality building materials in every category. Brands like Tata Steel have made it the norm to only provide quality materials to the construction companies, helping to build sturdy homes.
